We are looking for a Payroll Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate HR, to be based in Portugal or another European country.

Who we are & What we do
Job Summary
Turn data into a real-time decision engine for the business. This role builds Logoplaste's first-ever centralized payroll and employee self service function from the ground up and leads the transformation of fragmented payroll systems globally with one, and rolling out modern T&A infrastructure across every country in scope. It's a hands-on build-and-launch role, working in close partnership with country HR teams who currently own payroll and T&A today. The role of Payroll Operations Manager reports directly to the Head of Corporate HR and works closely with the country HR teams and the regional VPs of HR

Reporting directly to the Production Manager will be required to work as an integral part of the Production Team and be able to demonstrate a good hands-on approach, including administrative tasks.

•Maintaining a safe working environment & managing the team on a day-to-day basis.

•Demonstrate recognized levels of competence that are consistent with the role.
Technical Skills:
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
•You will have a good working knowledge of relevant legislation, including Health & Safety.
Interpersonal Skills:
•Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude always.
•Flexibility and reliability are essential for this position.
•Possess good interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational skills and job prioritization.
•Effective communicator at all levels across all departments.
